Consignment
Before bringing items into the store, please call us at 737-775-5413. Our inventory needs vary by season and holiday, and a quick conversation helps ensure we are the right fit for the items you’d like to consign. All consignments are accepted by appointment only so we can properly review and process your items.
What We Accept
We accept new, nearly new, and gently worn infant and children’s clothing, as well as select accessories and shoes.
Georgetown Littles is selective in what we accept. We focus on excellent condition items made with high-quality materials, including but not limited to:
• Pima cotton
• Organic cotton
• Bamboo
• Hand-embroidered pieces
• Hand-smocked garments
• Premium brands
Our goal is to offer a beautifully curated selection for our customers.
All items must be:
• Freshly laundered
• Free of heavy perfume or strong scents
• Free of stains, holes, rips, fading, pilling, cracking, or excessive wear
Shoes: We are very selective with shoes. Acceptance depends on the current season and overall condition.
Please bring up to 100 of your best, seasonally appropriate items per appointment.
Seasonal & Holiday Timing
We begin accepting items for each season or holiday approximately 90 days in advance. This allows us to properly merchandise and market items at the optimal time.
Consignment Terms
• The consignment period is 90 days.
• Days 1–60: Items are sold at full price.
• Days 61–90: Items are discounted 25%.
At the conclusion of the consignment period, you may choose one of the following:
• 50% payout of the final sales price via check, or
• 55% store credit, which may be used at any time — even before your consignment period ends, as items sell.
Payment & Notification
Consignors will be contacted by phone when their consignment period has ended. Please add us to your phone contacts so we don’t get mistaken for a spam call.
Checks must be picked up in-store.
If a check must be mailed due to a move, a $2 mailing fee will be applied to the consignor’s account. Any remaining items will be automatically donated.
Unsold Items
Unsold items must be picked up within 7 days of the end of the consignment period.
Items not picked up within this time frame will become the property of Georgetown Littles and may be donated or sold at a further discount at our discretion.
Important Notice
All consigned items are left at the consignor’s own risk.
While rare, theft, fire, or damage can occur.
Security cameras are in use throughout the store to help monitor and prevent theft.
