Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. All orders are shipped directly from our family-run boutique with care and attention to detail.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During launches or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Please select local pickup at checkout. Orders are typically ready within 4 hours during normal operation. Wednesday-Saturday 10am-5pm.
What sizes do you carry?
Sizing varies by brand and collection. We strive to offer a wide range of sizes for babies and children. Please refer to individual product descriptions for specific sizing details.
Are all items new?
Yes. Our e-commerce website features brand-new children’s clothing and accessories only. Each piece is carefully selected for quality, comfort, and timeless style.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will make it right as quickly as possible.
How do I know when new items launch?
Follow us on social media and sign up for our email list to be the first to know about new arrivals, special launches, and exclusive promotions.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need assistance, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order.

I saw secondhand or consignment items on your Instagram or Facebook. How can I purchase those?
Some of the items you may see on our social media are part of our in-store consignment collection. At this time, secondhand and consignment items are available for purchase in-store only and are not offered through our online store.
Our e-commerce website features new boutique items exclusively. We encourage local shoppers to visit us in person to browse our consignment selection.
